Sponsors who contribute amounts over 10,000 € will be named Golden Sponsors and will appear first and in a larger size in the conference publications as well as on the Summit's website.

SILVER SPONSOR

Sponsors who contribute amounts of more than 5,000 € will be called silver sponsors and will appear immediately after the golden sponsors and in a larger size than the rest in the conference publications. Same will be applied on the Summit's website.

BRONZE SPONSOR

Sponsors who contribute amounts of more than 3,000 € will be called Bronze sponsors and will appear immediately after the silver sponsors and in a larger size than the rest in the conference publications. Vertical, double-page spread (14×21 cm) which will be printed and given to each conference participant upon registration, by the secretariat.
Sponsor visibility: The name of the sponsor will be listed on the conference materials and there will be an advertising insert on the back cover of the program.

AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA

The conference will require full audiovisual coverage for three days.
Sponsor display: The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the screen in the main hall one hour before the start of the talks each day, during the breaks and the company will be mentioned in the final program.

INSERTS

Sponsors can have an electronic leaflet which will be sent daily to the participants’ electronic folder along with the day’s program and the sponsor’s name will be mentioned in the final program.
